“How do I enter?” Visit Maray Instagram page, share the image on your story, tag @marayrestaurant and tag 5 people you would bring with you!
“When do I need to enter by?” The competition is open between 8pm on Thursday the 20th May and 8pm June 3rd
“Can I come to any of the restaurants if I win?” No, just Bold St Basement Private Dining Room (This spot is amazing, trust us)
“Can we come whenever we want if we win?” Yes – depending on availability! we will look after you! (Limited to lunch booking)
“What is included in the prize?” A mixture of sharing mezze and plates for 6 people (details tbc when booking), glass of fizz on arrival, 6 cocktails and 2 bottles of wine. Can I also suggest mentioning that softies are available? Perhaps a good opportunity to bring awareness to our cool no “low & no” section.
Credit Card Details
We require credit card details for all reservations. These will only be charged in the event of a no show (we hate having to do this but it is a measure we have to take to protect ourselves during this time) or a cancellation within 24 hours of your booking. The charge for a no -show is £10 per head, per booking.
The maximum booking size at our restaurants is 6 until government regulations change in June
Tables of 2 will have 1 hour and 30 minutes, tables of 3-6 will have 2 hours. We must allow for 15 minute intervals between groups in order to thoroughly clean and reset. We respectfully ask that you bear this in mind when arriving for your booking and when your allotted table time reaches an end.
All guests must leave our premises by 10pm. This means that our last online booking slot will be earlier. Please bear this in mind when you visit, our team aren’t being rude when they drop your bill earlier than anticipated or remind you that you need to leave…they are just doing their job, and by complying and being understanding you are helping us operate in accordance with law.
Face coverings are mandatory in all sites (apart from individuals who are exempt) when not eating and drinking. Please wear your face covering when entering the restaurant and when moving around the venue. If you forget your face covering/drop it on the way, we will be able to provide you with one at cost value.
Bookings on quayside tables (Albert Dock)
If you have booked onto one of our lovely outside tables at the Docks please note that only a portion of these tables are heated, and we do not control the weather so please dress appropriately. *PLEASE NOTE the last booking we can take on this table 8pm and all tables must be vacated by 10pm.
If you are visiting with children
Please note that if you are bringing a child they must be included in the booking (for example two adults and a baby must be booked as three people).
We will not be able to guarantee space for pushchairs so please bear this in mind when booking (Please note that if you are dining at Bold St we do not have enough space for pushchairs at any time). To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to we ask that children are supervised at all times.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any parties that do not comply with our social distancing policy.
Gift Card Policy
If you wish to redeem a voucher please include this is your booking notes along with the voucher code.
Once activated the value on a gift card can be used as full or part payment at any Maray Restaurant.
Gift cards are valid for dining-in experiences only (not redeemable against purchases on our online shop, Uber Eats, or collection orders)
The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance is forfeit. All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 6 months from the date of purchase.
Maray Restaurant Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
