We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of our exciting new restaurant and bar concept in Chester’s historic town centre. This is a hands-on leadership role for a passionate individual who thrives in dynamic environments and brings out the best in their team.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a large team, managing all aspects of service, team performance, and business outcomes. You will lead by example, setting high standards of care, integrity, and attention to detail across every touchpoint—from kitchen to customer experience.

Head Chef, Chester

We are looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team for our exciting new dual-concept restaurant and bar opening in Chester’s historic town centre. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate chef who thrives in opening environments, enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant and has the skill to deliver two vibrant menus under one roof.

As Head Chef, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, managing a large and diverse team with honesty and care, while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational discipline.
