The Head Bartender at Maray plays a key role in shaping the guest experience, combining a passion for drinks with warm, confident hospitality. This role suits someone who naturally looks to create a welcoming atmosphere and set the tone of the service through attention to detail and personal touches.
Responsible for maintaining a smooth and organised bar during busy services, the Head Bartender delivers drinks to a consistently high standard while positively influencing the energy of the venue, understanding their importance in bookending the evening for our guests. A Maray Junior Sous Chef creates passionate food and achieves industry leading results. They are responsible for food standards and allergen compliance, and are accountable for the management and performance of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef. They are passionate about food, and work creatively alongside the kitchen management to express themselves with site specials. A successful Junior Sous Chef leads from the front with positivity and high standards of hygiene and compliance in order for our kitchens to operate at a level that gives our staff the chance to do their best work possible.
