Lorna McVey


Joined us on our opening team at Allerton as an Assistant General Manager in 2016, Lorna now heads up our People and Ops teams.

Started behind the bar in June 2016, launched new sites, stepped up to GM roles… now supports Ops & People. Big cinephile and football fan.

Boss Jones


Boss moved to Liverpool from Thailand, joining us as kitchen porter in 2019, rose to Junior Sous on Bold Street within a couple of years.
