We’re expanding and real careers are being built here. We always promote within where possible, and these stories tell the tale:

Mark Jackson

Started as a server on Bold Street on day one (literally day one). Now Head of Bars across the group, and yes, he once played bass in a band.

Phil Jones

Straight out of Anglesey as Sous Chef at Maray Dockside in 2021, now Head Chef in Manchester. Fun fact: he’s a twin!

Lorna McVey

Joined us on our opening team at Allerton as an Assistant General Manager in 2016, Lorna now heads up our People and Ops teams.

Rob Swift

Started behind the bar in June 2016, launched new sites, stepped up to GM roles… now supports Ops & People. Big cinephile and football fan.

Boss Jones

Boss moved to Liverpool from Thailand, joining us as kitchen porter in 2019, rose to Junior Sous on Bold Street within a couple of years.

If you bring energy, curiosity and care, we’ve got your back and room for you to grow bigger.
