JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an organised HR & Training Coordinator to join our Support Office team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week with flexible days). This role is responsible for the smooth day-to-day delivery of HR administration, recruitment support, payroll coordination, training tracking and company standards monitoring across all seven of our sites.
You will be the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries from our site teams, and will play a key role in ensuring every team member, from first application to last day, has a consistent, professional and warm experience. You will also be responsible for producing weekly HR dashboards and tracking key metrics, giving the leadership team clear visibility of performance across the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations & Compliance: Serve as the main point of contact for multi-site HR inquiries, managing personnel records, GDPR compliance, contract amendments, and ongoing handbook policy updates.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling with General Managers, right-to-work checks, and structured onboarding/offboarding workflows.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate weekly HR dashboards tracking key metrics (headcount, vacancy rates, absence trends) while maintaining a proactive talent succession pipeline across sites.
Payroll Coordination: Collate and submit payroll data across the group, serving as the first point of contact for routine payroll queries and record updates.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion employee experience by coordinating quarterly team surveys, supporting performance review processes, and leading internal communications and newsletters.
Learning & Development: Coordinate group-wide training initiatives, track compliance metrics, and collaborate with internal department heads to build and distribute updated learning materials.
