We will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins at all of our sites, but sometimes this may not be possible during busy periods such as evenings and weekends. We strongly encourage booking ahead of time to secure a table. You can book online here.
This completely depends on the site and the time and date you’re looking at booking for. For the most up to date information, please directly contact the site you wish to book and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Bookings for 7 people or less don’t require a deposit but, when booking at peak times, we may request your card details to secure your reservation. A £10pp charge may be applied for no-shows and same day cancellations.
For groups of 8 or more, we require a £10pp deposit to secure your reservation. The full deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill on the day. In the case of cancelling a reservation where a deposit has already been paid, refund authorisations will be solely up to the manager’s discretion.
If you need to cancel your reservation then you will not be charged as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any no-shows or same-day cancellations are liable for a charge of £10pp.
Dogs are very much welcome in our outdoor seating areas but unfortunately not inside our restaurants (except service/guide dogs).
Our Manchester site is completely wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilet facilities.
The main restaurant at our Bold Street site is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilet facilities. The basement private dining room at our Bold Street site is not wheelchair accessible.
The main restaurant at our Dockside site is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilet facilities. The upstairs dining room at our Dockside site is not wheelchair accessible.
If you wish to bring your own birthday/celebration cake then you are more than welcome to do so. If you would like the cake storing on site prior to your reservation then please directly contact the site beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate.
We don’t have on-site parking at any of our sites but there are local public car parks in the near vicinity. Check Google Maps for the most convenient public car park for you.
We have a limited number of highchairs available at all of our sites. If you require a highchair, please request this in the booking notes when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate.
We don’t allow guests to bring any of their own food or drink into our venues.

Yes we do! Over 50% of our menu is plant-based and we have dedicated vegan menus in all of our restaurants.
We have halal options available at all of our restaurants. Please contact the site you intend to dine at directly for the most up to date information about the current menu.
We are meticulous in how we deal with our allergens guests and feel strongly that people with allergies should be able to enjoy dining out as much as anybody else, comfortable in the knowledge that they are in safe hands. Click here for more information on our allergens process.
We welcome people of all ages at our restaurants. While we don’t have a specific children’s menu, speak to your server on the day and they will be able to recommend some dishes that everyone will enjoy.
We do! Get in touch with your nearest site with more details about your event and they will be able to advise on catering options available.
We offer a lunch set menu which is available for groups of any size on Monday-Thursday between 12-4pm. Click here for more details on our lunch menu.
For groups of 8 or more, we offer our Maray Knows Best menu whereby you tell us how many people will be dining and any dietary requirements and we will serve you up a feast of Maray favourite dishes family style on sharing platters. For more information on our Maray Knows Best menu, click here.
We also offer our Group Menu for reservations of 8 or more where guests can order 2 small plates and a dessert each (pre-order required). For more information on our Group Menu, click here.
We don’t currently offer takeaway at any of our sites.
Yes, all of our sites accept American Express cards.
Gift cards don’t need to be spent all in one go. If you have balance left over, this can be redeemed against your bill next time you visit.
Yes, we accept cash at all of our sites.
We offer 50% off all vegan and vegetarian dishes every Monday for Blue Light card holders. Please book your table in advance and reference that you intend to use the discount in the booking notes.
Valid for groups of up to 7 people.
